Job summary

Radis Community Care in Aldridge is seeking a Full-time Support Worker to help 12 residents with mild learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live independently. You will provide prompts for personal care, medication, and daily living skills, join a supportive team, and work shifts 7am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–10pm, with alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Provide prompts for personal care, medication, daily living skills and activities.
• Support individuals with PMLD and Mild Learning Disabilities.
• Shift pattern includes 7am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–10pm, with alternate weekends.
