Job summary

inspiring vet care is seeking a part-time Receptionist for Wellpets across two sites. You’ll be the first friendly point of contact, handling appointments, enquiries and payments while delivering a professional, compassionate client experience.

Join a close-knit team of vets, nurses and support staff who value open communication and teamwork. This role is 19 hours per week, Mon–Sat, with no bank holidays or out-of-hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and clients, book appointments, take payments and handle enquiries.
