Job summary
Medicare People is seeking a dedicated Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Tonbridge to provide one-to-one support in clients' homes. You will assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and daily routines while maintaining independence and dignity.

Qualifications
- Experience providing care or support to others.
- Compassionate and patient by nature.
- Ability to support clients one-to-one.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not offered.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one care within the client's home.
- Support personal care and hygiene needs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and daily living activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals and encourage hydration.
- Administer and record medication as required.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor wellbeing and elevate concerns appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with families and professionals.
- Promote independence and improve quality of life.
