Job summary
Medicare People Limited is seeking a compassionate Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in Worthing to provide one-to-one support in clients' homes. You will help with personal care, meals, mobility, companionship and daily routines, ensuring dignity and independence.

- Previous experience working in a care environment.

Responsibilities
- Support clients to remain independent in their own homes.
- Provide person-centred care based on individual needs.
- Assist with washing, dressing and personal care.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Help with mobility and daily routines.
- Prepare meals and encourage hydration.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Support with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
- Complete shopping and other essential errands.
- Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
