Job summary

Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker in Peterborough to provide person-centered care in clients' homes within Mental Health and Learning Disability services.

You’ll deliver support, promote independence, and help clients achieve personal goals, while working across shifts and developing professional skills through bespoke training, with competitive pay and mileage reimbursements.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
