The role requires a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, familiarity with safety practices, and a DBS disclosure. You will join a caring team in a supportive environment dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Understand health and safety practices in a care kitchen.
• Knowledge of moving and handling techniques and COSHH assessments.
• Able to work efficiently in a demanding, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the catering function in food preparation and safe beverage production.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and uphold high hygiene standards for residents.
• Assist with ordering replacement goods and monitor supply quality.
• Respect residents’ dignity and act with care and flexibility toward team needs.
