Qualifications

• Hold Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety including Moving & Handling, Fire Safety, COSHH.
• Able to work efficiently with a demanding workload.
• Demonstrate initiative and flexible teamwork.
• Care for residents with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Support catering in food preparation and maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen.
• Ensure safe food handling and high hygiene standards in all meals and beverages.
• Contribute to team working and follow instructions promptly.
• Assist with supply and quality of items and timely ordering of replacements.
• Respect the dignity and individuality of residents and communicate professionally.
