Job summary

ICare Group is seeking a Home Care Worker for Blackpool (FY4) to provide compassionate, person-centred in-home support, traveling between clients and helping maintain independence and dignity.

You will use your driving licence and access to your own vehicle to cover the Blackpool area, with flexible hours across mornings to evenings and weekends. The role includes training, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement and a welcome bonus.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Be able to travel throughout the Blackpool (FY4) area.
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans.
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks.
• Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Building positive relationships with the people you support.
• Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care.
• Travelling between clients' homes across the Blackpool community.
