Job summary

ICare Group is seeking Home Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Helsby and Runcorn. You’ll help clients stay independent, maintain dignity and wellbeing, and enjoy flexible hours with 7am–10pm shifts.

Role includes personal care, meal support, medication prompts and wellbeing checks. Training is provided, with travel within the local area encouraged for this rewarding community job.

Qualifications

• Care experience welcome but not essential; full training provided.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude; good communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and compassion.
• Assist with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Provide medication prompts and support per care plans.
• Conduct wellbeing and safety checks and monitor environment.
• Assist with light household tasks to maintain a comfortable home.
