Job summary

ICare GB Ltd in Runcorn is hiring Home Care Assistants (Driver Required) to support local clients in their own homes. Flexible hours across 7am-10pm; immediate start; £250 welcome bonus; travel between calls; competitive hourly rate.

You will provide personal care, companionship, assist with daily tasks, follow care plans, and travel between clients' homes in the Runcorn area. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required; sponsorship not available; previous UK care experience

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Have previous UK care experience.
• Have a valid right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Support with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Provide medication prompts and follow care plans.
• Carry out wellbeing and safety checks.
• Support light household tasks and maintain a comfortable home.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans, policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients.
• Travel between clients homes across the local community.
