Job summary

ICare Group is seeking Home Care Assistants to support clients in Helsby and Runcorn. This driver‑required role offers flexible hours from 7am to 10pm, a wage of £13.45–£13.70 per hour and paid mileage between care calls.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Be willing to travel throughout the Helsby and Runcorn areas.
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans.
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks.
• Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment.
• Offerring companionship and emotional support.
• Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support.
• Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care.
• Working as part of a supportive and dedicated care team.
• Travelling between clients' homes across the local community.
