Job summary

Renfrewshire Council is seeking compassionate Home Care Workers on a part-time, permanent basis. You will support individuals with daily living tasks, promote independence, and maintain dignity in home care settings.

Applicants should have care experience, be able to assess needs, and communicate clearly with service users and colleagues. Training, a uniform and PPE, plus a smartphone are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a care setting is essential.
• Ability to monitor and report changes in service user needs.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
