Job summary

Renfrewshire Council is seeking a part-time Home Care Worker (Temporary) to join the Care at Home Services team. You will support vulnerable people living at home with personal care, meals and daily living tasks, helping maintain independence. The role runs 25 hours per week on a 4 on/4 off rota, across 06:30–22:30.

Qualifications

• Experience in care setting and personal care is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) and meals.
• Support daily living skills to improve independence.
• Monitor and report changes in the needs of service users and handle sensitive information.

SVQ Level 2 in Care
