Job summary

Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership seeks Home Care Worker (Sessional) to support people in the community with daily living tasks and personal care. Roles are casual/relief across several posts, with training provided and a commitment to safeguarding and privacy.

Candidates should have care experience, be compassionate, reliable and adaptable to shift patterns, working independently or as part of a team, while communicating clearly in writing and speech.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings and delivering personal care.
• Ability to monitor changes in service users' needs and communicate effectively.
• Reliable, flexible and able to work in a team or alone with privacy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks and personal care needs.
• Attend to service users with compassion while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Report changes and keep accurate records as required.
