Renfrewshire Health & Social Care Partnership Care at Home Services is recruiting a Home Care Worker to support residents in extra care housing. The role is temporary, 25 hours per week, on a 4 days on/4 days off rota, with shifts between 06:30 and 22:30.

Duties include assisting with personal care, meals and daily living skills, and reporting changes promptly. You will need experience in care, reliability, flexibility and good communication.

Competenze

• Experience of working in a care setting and delivering intimate personal care.
• Awareness of a range of long-term conditions and care needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and report changes.

Mansioni

• Assist service users with personal care such as washing, dressing and toileting.
• Help with meals and daily living activities to maintain independence.
• Monitor and report changes in care needs to the team.
