Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Funeral Advisor to support families during one of the most challenging times, ensuring compassionate service and high standards across our funeral homes. You’ll cover additional Funeral Homes as needed, arrange funerals at client premises, and help maintain relationship quality with local hospitals, clergy and healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Support families and manage day-to-day running of funeral homes.
• Arrange funerals with attention to detail and cost transparency.
• Communicate arrangements between families and Funeral Directors.
• Handle administration duties with sensitivity and care.
• Ensure premises security and maintain cleanliness and order in funeral home.
• Promote funeral services within the local community and build relationships.
