Job summary

CPJ Field & Company Ltd in Tring, Hertfordshire, is seeking a dedicated Funeral Arranger/Administrator to support the Funeral Director and coordinate funeral services. Responsibilities

• Assist Funeral Director in arranging and planning funeral services.
• Answer telephone calls, take messages and forward accurately.
• Accompany families to the Chapel of Rest and manage client communications.
• Process payments and handle daily banking related to funeral accounts.
• Ensure the funeral home is clean, welcoming and well-organised.
• Attend required training sessions and travel as needed for courses.
