Qualifications

• Basic Food Hygiene certificate or willingness to undertake the same.
• Experience in a care home is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals safely and accurately, ensuring correct portions and attractive presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment hygiene in line with schedules.
• Adhere to Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations at all times.
• Respond sensitively to residents’ needs, report concerns, and alert seniors as required.
• Work as part of a team under time pressures, follow instructions, and complete trainings.
