Qualifications

• Understanding the needs of residents.
• Understanding the importance of confidentiality.
• Experience of providing care (Desirable).
• Experience of working with elders (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Give support and care to the residents whilst maintaining their rights.
• Assist with preparing residents for bed and/or assist them in the morning.
• Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, bathe and use the toilet.
• Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities.
