Guild Care’s Haviland House in Goring-by-Sea is seeking an Experienced Dementia Care Assistant. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, support colleagues, and help residents feel safe, valued and independent. Day and night shifts are available; 24–48 hours weekly with weekend requirements for full-time roles.

• Experience in dementia care or equivalent.
• Compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
