HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team across our dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care homes in the UK. You will work under a Registered Nurse to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, helping with personal care, meals, and daily activities with compassion and respect for each individual’s dignity.

The role includes assisting residents through varied shifts, including days and nights, and upholding safeguarding and quality care

Responsabilités

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Help residents with daily activities and provide compassionate end-of-life care when needed.
