Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited at Bentley House, Hertford, is looking for a caring Care Assistant. You’ll join a compassionate team and help residents with daily living and dementia care, building relationships and making each apartment feel like home.

We offer flexible full and part-time hours, including day shifts 07:00–20:30 (37.5 hours/week) and night shifts 20:15–07:15 (33 hours/week), with alternate weekends. From £13.60 per hour and a range of benefits.

Qualifikationen

• No previous experience required; good written and verbal communication skills, and some IT skills.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a big advantage.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and getting around.
• Support residents with dementia care and develop Care Plans.
• Build relationships with residents and their families.
