Job summary

Cluaran Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our teams across Forth Valley communities in permanent roles. You will provide care in clients’ homes, support with daily activities and medication as needed, and help maintain independence with compassion.

A flexible contract is offered and you will be supported by management with ongoing development opportunities. PVG/SSSC readiness is preferred, and a positive, can‑do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in care and be able to work in people’s homes and communities.
• PVG membership or willingness to join the scheme is required.
• SSSC registration or willingness to register is required.
• Ability to use own initiative and work well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting vulnerable adults within their homes and the community.
• Providing personal care.
• Assisting with housework.
• Supporting with medication management.
• Helping with day‑to‑day tasks and providing companionship.
• Delivering the highest level of care and support.
