Job summary

Active Care Group in Rochdale is seeking a part-time Children’s Support Worker to assist a 12-year-old girl with complex health needs. Shifts are Thursday/Friday mornings and afternoons plus alternate Saturdays, with a rolling rota and a flexible, part-time arrangement.

You will provide care at home and in the community, help with hydrotherapy and cooking, assist with personal care, and drive the client’s mobility van (must hold a full UK licence and be 25+).

Qualifications

• Female applicants only due to genuine occupational requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and must be 25+ to drive mobility van.
• Compassionate, reliable and good communicator with children.

Responsibilities

• Support client in family home and in the community.
• Assist with hydrotherapy, outings, and cooking sessions.
