Active Care Group in Rochdale is seeking a part-time Children’s Support Worker to assist a 12-year-old girl with complex health needs. Shifts are Thursday/Friday mornings and afternoons plus alternate Saturdays, with a rolling rota and a flexible, part-time arrangement.

You will provide care at home and in the community, help with hydrotherapy and cooking, assist with personal care, and drive the client’s mobility van (must hold a full UK licence and be 25+).

She needs a kind, committed support worker to help her live life to the fullest, while staying safe, happy, and engaged.**Your Working Hours:*** **Alternate Thursdays:** 7:30am–8:45am and 3pm–7pm* **Every Friday:** 7:30am–8:45am and 3pm–7pm* **Alternate Saturdays:** 11am-4.15pmTotal: **Part-time** hours with a consistent rolling rota **Additional hours** may be available across other care packages if desired!In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
