Job summary

Voluntary Service Aberdeen (VSA) is recruiting Support/Care Workers for our Broomhill Park and Cloverfield Grove Service in Aberdeen. The posts are part-time and cover a mix of early and late shifts across a 7-day/4-week rota, plus weekend-only contracts. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.

You will support our care@home services across two sites and in the community, with extensive training and development opportunities, and a supportive team committed to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care is welcome and valued.

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with individuals according to guidelines and keeping records up to date.
• Maintaining a safe environment by following health, safety and security procedures, including medication handling and reporting incidents.
• Supporting service users with daily living, providing personal care where needed, and promoting wellbeing, dignity and independence.
