Job summary

VSA seeks a part-time Support/Care Worker in Aberdeen to provide compassionate care across Broomhill Park and Cloverfield Grove services. The role includes community care, personal support, and helping service users with daily living while maintaining dignity and rights.

Rotas cover early/evening shifts and alternating weekends. Salary is £13.45 per hour with benefits such as pension, EAP, and development opportunities. Applicants must be flexible to work across the city.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally with individuals to agreed standards.
• Ability to write short reports and maintain records.
• Basic IT skills and ability to use record-keeping systems.

Responsibilities
