Aberdeen City Council is seeking dedicated care and support workers across Aberdeen city to provide high-standard person-centred care in a range of accommodation settings, including service users' own homes.

You will work as part of a team to support carers and to enable service users to maintain independence and contribute to their social, physical and mental well‑being. PVG membership is required for many posts, with the council initially paying the PVG cost.

Qualificações

• SSSC qualification or registration as required by role
• Full current UK Driving Licence (where applicable)
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to care plans and risk assessments
