Responsibilities

• Support the provision of high-quality care and support to individuals, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect and enabled to participate in decisions about their care.
• Work flexibly according to a rota including evenings and weekends.
• Contribute to service quality improvement and organizational goals.
• Pre-employment checks including PVG scheme update and overseas criminal record checks where applicable.
• SSSC registration to be obtained within 3 months of employment.
• Two references required, one from current or most recent employer.
