Qualifications

• Ability to work in a supportive team with initiative when needed.
• Experience supporting people with dementia or mental health conditions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and emotional support to residents with dementia or nursing needs.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities and social engagement.
• Support residents to maintain independence and dignity in daily routines.
• Maintain care records and update personalised care plans in the digital system.
• Safely administer or assist with medication according to policy and training.
