Hatzfeld Care Ltd is seeking a part-time Support Worker for our care home specialising in mental health. The role supports residents with personal and practical tasks, promoting independence and adherence to care plans.

Based at Hatzfeld House Residential Home, NG21 0PN, you will work 26 hours per week across morning and afternoon shifts. Must live in the UK; sponsorship cannot be offered. Salary £12.88/hour with additional benefits and mileage paid after 5 miles.

Qualifications

• Reliable and trustworthy, able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a motivated approach.
• Experience with mental health and/or dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with personal and group tasks.
• Be a Key worker and help plan, monitor and review care.
• Assist with medication records and care app updates.
• Participate in training, meetings and supervision.
• Promote residents' independence and follow care plans.
