The role requires UK residence (sponsorship not available). You will participate in meetings, training, and supervision, and contribute to medication administration records and care app updates.

Qualifications

• Must live in the UK to apply.
• Experience with mental health and/or dementia desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in household, personal and group activities and encourage independence.
• Reinforce skills and act as a Key worker for residents’ care plans.
• Liaise with professionals and update care app and records.
• Attend meetings, training and supervision sessions as required.
• Adhere to home policies and participate in safeguarding of residents.
