Job summary

Lifeways Group in Cheam is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting. You’ll provide person-centred care, empathy and respect, and work as part of One Team.

Requirements include caring experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to drive automatic vehicles. Nights only shifts are available on a bank/sessional basis.

Qualifications

• Have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant.
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence – you’ll be driving company automatic vehicles.
• Be committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in a 24/7 care setting, offering empathetic, person‑centred care.
• Receive full training including NAPPI and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.
