Compassionate Care Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for night shifts to help adults and elderly clients with complex needs enjoy daily life with dignity.

You will assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, activities, medication support, and light housework, while fostering independence and a warm, respectful environment.

Full driving licence and access to a car are essential; sponsorship is not provided; a DBS check is offered as part of the role.

About the Support WorkerRole

As a Support Worker at Compassionate Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their independence and quality of life, making a meaningful difference in their daily experiences.

Our clients vary from the elderly to adults with learning difficulties and you will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs.
