Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our inclusive team. You will help adults with learning disabilities achieve personal goals, provide personal and emotional support, and assist with daily living, travel, and leisure in homes or the community.

No prior experience required; full training will be provided. A valid UK driving licence is required to support people in mobility vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence to support mobility
• Ability to understand and adapt communication preferences
• Willing to work a 24/7 rota including early, late, weekends, bank holidays & sleep-in shifts
• Confident with IT and able to use digital timesheets and e-learning
• No prior experience required; full training provided

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in daily living, personal and emotional support
• Help individuals plan and manage home, leisure, employment and travel
• Provide care in clients' homes or in the community
