Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Home Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team and deliver compassionate, person-centred care across dementia, residential and specialist services. The role focuses on leadership, governance and continuous improvement to enhance resident wellbeing.

You will develop and implement individualised care plans, monitor quality and safety, and foster a culture of kindness and respect among staff, residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care home with multiple care domains (Dementia, Residential and Specialist care).
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentorship skills.
• Ability to conduct robust risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the care home team to ensure smooth operation.
• Develop, implement and review personalised care plans for Residents.
• Oversee safeguarding, safety, and regulatory compliance across the home.
• Drive continuous improvement and strive for exceptional resident experience.
