Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Care Home Manager to lead a dementia, residential and specialist care home. You will oversee resident wellbeing, develop individualised care plans, and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compliant operations and continuous improvement.

You will drive resident-centred care, maintain high standards, and implement development plans for the home. The role requires strong leadership and safeguarding awareness in a complex care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care home teams and coordinating multidisciplinary staff.
• Ability to conduct and review risk assessments and compliance checks.
• Willingness to study for required managerial qualifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor the home team to deliver high-quality care.
• Develop, implement and evaluate personalised care plans for residents.
• Monitor safety, standards and regulatory compliance across the home.
• Promote resident independence, dignity and respect while driving continuous improvement.
