Qualifications

• Qualified cook with S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Sound understanding of HACCP and food safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wholesome, homemade meals for residents.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and kitchen practice.
• Contribute to menu planning and present nutritious, appetising dishes.
• Be a positive, caring team player reflecting HC-One values.
