Elizabeth Finn Homes are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to provide high‑quality personal care and support to residents across Rush Court Care Home. You will work with clinical and senior teams to create a safe, engaging environment that promotes dignity and independence.

Role requires weekend availability, and shifts may be full‑time or part‑time. A British right to work is required; sponsorship is not offered. Training and development are emphasised within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Experience caring for older people.
• Basic knowledge of Care Workers’ Codes of Practice.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately.
• Report any changes, concerns, incidents, or complaints promptly to senior staff.
• Support residents with social activities, routines, and meaningful engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and ensure equipment is used/stored safely.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies; take responsibility for ongoing learning and development.
