Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active PIN.
• Care home experience desirable.
• Strong IT skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete and contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
• Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean care environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Record accurately and report incidents or concerns as required.
• Lead and support care staff and contribute to training and service improvements.
