Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for Rashwood Care Home to deliver high-quality personal care and support residents’ independence. You will work with our clinical and senior teams to create a safe, engaging environment where residents can thrive.

The role requires experience in caring for older adults, good English communication, and commitment to ongoing training. On-site role with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Experience caring for older people.
• Basic knowledge of Care Workers’ Codes of Practice.

Responsabilités

• Assist with resident’s personal care requirements in accordance with agreed plans and procedures.
• Assist and encourage residents to interact in the life of the home.
• Ensure residents’ physical environment meets their needs.
• Document care given and report changes to the Person in Charge.
• Report any complaints, incidents or accidents immediately.
• Maintain and improve knowledge and skills through training and supervision.
