Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English required
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable
• Experience of caring for elderly people preferred
• Experience in a care home or health care setting advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Provide personal care tasks including washing, toileting, dressing and undressing as needed.
• Observe residents, alert to changes, and document well-being in line with policies.
• Support social activities and engage residents in hobbies and events within the home.
