Job summary

Hill Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated care professional to provide high-quality care in a warm care home setting. You will work closely with residents to assist with daily living, promoting dignity, comfort, and social engagement.

Responsibilities include maintaining individualized care plans, supporting training for junior staff, and collaborating with GPs and care managers to ensure comprehensive care. A strong emphasis on safety, confidentiality, and compassionate service is required.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in and experience of working with the relevant care environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Team player and willing to participate in vocational training programmes.
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise daily care to residents with dignity and respect.
• Maintain accurate, individualized care plans and monthly reviews.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and daily living activities as required.
• Attend mandatory training and liaise with the MDT for medical care needs.
• Ensure safety, privacy, and contamination-free environment in the care home.
