Job summary

Elizabeth Finn Homes is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant at Rashwood Home near Droitwich in Worcestershire to deliver high-quality personal care, respecting residents' dignity and promoting independence.

You will work alongside our clinical and senior care teams to create a safe, engaging and comfortable environment where residents can thrive, with training and DBS checks as part of our safeguarding commitment.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Experience caring for older people.
• Basic knowledge of Care Workers’ Codes of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residents' personal care according to agreed plans.
• Deliver high standards of personal care and report changes to the person in charge.
• Support residents to engage in activities and maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
