You will work with clinical and senior teams to support residents, follow care plans, document accurately, and maintain a safe, clean setting.

The role requires English communication, numeracy, Level 2 in Care, and prior care experience; DBS checks apply and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifikationen

• Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).
• Experience caring for older people.

Aufgaben

• Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately.
• Report any changes, concerns, incidents, or complaints promptly to senior staff.
• Support residents with social activities, routines, and meaningful engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and ensure equipment is used/stored safely.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies; take responsibility for ongoing learning and development.
