HC-One - Holmwood in Sheffield is seeking an enthusiastic Care Assistant to support residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will help with personal care, meals, and daily activities, ensuring dignity and quality of life for each resident.

Qualifications

• Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Safeguarding training is required for all colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene, meals).
• Support daily activities and mobility to enhance wellbeing.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care, respecting residents' individuality.
• Assist under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Attend safeguarding training and report concerns as needed.
