HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents in daily tasks.

You’ll assist with personal care, meals and activities, ensuring residents retain their individuality and dignity. The role offers training, career development and a supportive HC-One environment.
