Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. You will support residents with personal care, meals and activities, while promoting dignity and independence in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings.

Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll contribute to residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, recognising signs of distress and providing compassionate, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and assist with daily activities in the home.
• Deliver care with kindness, ensuring residents’ individuality is respected and maintained.
