Job summary

HC-One is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse you’ll assist with personal care, meals and daily activities, helping individuals maintain dignity and independence.

You’ll contribute to safeguarding training and be part of an inclusive, supportive team focused on compassionate, person-centred care and ongoing development within HC-One.

Qualifications

• Full and part time positions available with alternate weekends.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Support daily activities in the home under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Provide care with dignity, respect individuality and compassion.
• Complete safeguarding training and report concerns as required.
