Job summary

HC-One in the United Kingdom is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll help with personal care, meals and daily activities while ensuring each resident’s dignity and individuality is respected.

You’ll be part of a compassionate team, with safeguarding training, development opportunities and a clear pathway for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Ability to support personal care and daily activities with compassion.
• Commitment to safeguarding and resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, bathing and dressing.
• Support meals, mobility and daily activities.
• Report concerns promptly to the nurse in charge and maintain accurate records.
